Re: The Weakest Link
It was definitely a foul and he made a few decent saves. He hasn't cost us any points yet but I know what everyone's saying - it just always feels like a massive mistake is just around the corner.

Oh, and Allan McKnight.

Re: The Weakest Link
On yesterdays conceded goal Adrian should have been stronger. I thought it was an out & out fumble on first viewing but when l saw it again he was quite clearly shoved in the back
You might just get away with it in the EPL but not in the Spanish league where the slightest touch on the keeper will be given as a foul
I'm not making excuses for him but there is a culture difference that he needs to be made aware of

Re: The Weakest Link
He's not a bad keeper though not the best
We need another keeper as Jussi is past his best
If Adrian gets injured we'll be in trouble

The other weak spot is CH. We don't know if Reid is staying, Collins is showing his age & Tomkins can be inconsistent

Re: The Weakest Link
Poor fumble for their goal...stupid to try to catch it low...

A good keeper would have caught the ball in the air earlier in its path...

Seems to be a regular weakness in his game...

Great shot stopper...

If he keeps making these errors...he should be replaced with a better keeper...

Re: The Weakest Link
What a moronic thread.

The best squad we have had in years. Playing the best football under the current manager, exceeding all expectations.

Then you get a few arseholes on here wanting to create negativity. Fuck off

Re: The Weakest Link
He could of cost us today. Jussi did something similar last year against norwich which cost us, and got ripped to pieces and was dropped shortly after.

He has made a number of silly mistakes recently, this position definitely needs improving in the summer.

Re: The Weakest Link
He really isn't that bad. I guess the playground bullies just have to have someone to pick on, even when we're winning.

Re: The Weakest Link
It's probably the position we need to improve on now, but he's not a bad keeper. It was a foul on him today.

Re: The Weakest Link
Brentford, you mean Kiraly. As for Adrian, he ain't perfect but decent enough and still young for a GK, his best years are still ahead of him, it's still a learning curve for him in this league.

Overall Jussi is worse I think, especially when it comes to defending freekicks. I can never forget those moments with Jussi down motionless on one knee watching the ball curl into the top corner...

Re: The Weakest Link
Adrien better than Green or Jussi?

Fucking clueless.

Adrien is ok. Replaceable but doesn't deserve to be ripped into. the embarrassing cunt fans need to take out their frustrations somewhere though after the sakho and Valencia slatings backfired earlier.

Re: The Weakest Link
16 yo was Neil Finn - youngest Premiership player at the time? (Or youngest goalkeeper maybe)

Did we ever have a Bulgarian goalie? We had Pavel Srnicek and Sasa Illic before that.. Czech and Serbian respectively

Re: The Weakest Link
The on loan 39 Bulgarian ((I think?) keeper in those grey sweat pants, cant remember his name and the 16 year old (can't remember his name either) away to M City?
